Pay in Store allows you to place an order on the UNIQLO App or website and pay for it at a selected UNIQLO store.
⚠️ Important:
You must complete payment within 2 hours at your selected store, or your order will be automatically cancelled.

Pay in Store is available for online orders placed on the UNIQLO APP or website, for eligible item only.
This service is not available for:
• Orders with alteration services
• Gift services
• Pre-order items
• Changi Airport Terminal 1 Transit
• Stores that are near closing time (insufficient time to complete payment). Please refer to store operating hours for more details (here)

Steps to Checkout
1) During your online order checkout page, select 【Pay In Store】 for your payment method.
2) Choose your preferred UNIQLO store
3) Proceed to 【Place Order】 once confirmed
4) Present the barcode to the cashier and pay via card (credit/ debit) within 2 hours
📌 You can find your barcode under:
Membership > Purchase History > Order Details
We only accept Credit/ Debit card payment (AMEX, Visa & MasterCard) at the moment.
⚠️ Note:
You may select a different store for payment and for order collection. The payment location does not need to be the same as the collection store.
• Your order will be processed after payment is completed
• Delivery or collection will follow your selected shipping method
⚠️ You cannot collect your items immediately after paying, including Click & Collect orders.
• Your order will be cancelled automatically if not paid within 2 hours
• No payment will be charged if the order is cancelled due to non-payment
• Payment must be completed before store closing time
Before payment
• You can cancel your order within 30 minutes via Purchase History
• If not cancelled manually, it will automatically cancel after 2 hours if unpaid
After payment
• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment
• Please refer to the return & exchange policy
1. Can I pay after 2 hours?
No. Your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not completed within 2 hours.
2. Can I collect my items immediately after paying in store?
No. Your order will be processed after payment and delivered or prepared based on your selected shipping method.
3. What happens if the store closes before I pay?
If you are unable to pay before the store closes, your order will be cancelled.
4. Will I be charged if I do not complete payment?
No. You will not be charged if payment is not completed.
5. What happens if the item becomes unavailable?
Pay in Store is unavailable when order includes alteration, gift service or pre-order items.
