The product you order may dispatch from various places and prepared by our internal team. Pay in Store is one of online order payment method and it doesn't have any direct relation to your online order delivery method.
You are still required to choose the delivery method (Home Delivery or Click & Collect) to complete your online order.
You are required to make the payment in your selected UNIQLO store within 2 hours after the online order was placed.
Please avoid placing your online order using this payment method in midnight or the selected store closing time. If the payment cannot be completed within the timeframe, the online order will be automatically cancelled.
If you were unable to find or select your favorite store to make the payment, it may due to store closing time or the system in store under maintenance. Please consider other store or alternative payment method to complete your online order.
We accept credit/ debit card payment (AMEX, Visa & MasterCard) and QR code (Jewel only) at the moment. Cash payment is unavailable.
The Pay in Store option will be disabled if:
1) Selected online alteration service.
2) Selected online gift service.
3) Place order from 10pm onward. Please try again on the next day morning on 10am.
