How to Return & Refund

• Visit any UNIQLO Singapore physical store.
• Bring along: original invoice or purchase receipt, and the product(s) in original packaging with price tags and labels. [Check: Return & Exchange Conditions]
• Queue at the cashier counter and request for a product exchange.
【Important Note】
• You can exchange for any product of the same or higher price value.
• In exchange for a higher-value product, you will need to top up the price difference.
• In exchange for a lower-value product, please consider a return and refund instead.

Returns are only accepted at the store where the purchase was made (payment store).Refund
Refund method will be based on your original payment method.*Original payment method by NETS and QR payment will be refunded as cash.
*Original payment method by Mall Voucher/ Gift Cards is non-refundable, only exchange.

1. What is the return & exchange validity period?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days.
For physical store purchases: 30 days includes date of purchase.
For online purchases: 30 days includes the date receive the parcel.
Example: If you received the parcel on May 1, we can process it until May 30. -
2. Do you accept return or exchange without the original receipt/price tag/ item label?
As per our Return & Exchange Policy, the UNIQLO receipt (invoice), price tag, and item label must be presented in original condition for all refunds and exchanges.

3. Can I exchange at a different store from the original store?
You can exchange your purchases at any UNIQLO store in Singapore.

4. Can I exchange online-exclusive products (extra sizes, collaborations, etc.) at the store?
The Exchange is subject to the availability of colours and sizes at the physical store.
If the desired colour or size is not available, stock transfer between online and physical stores will not be arranged. Please consider returning the item for a refund and placing a new online order. -
5. Which items are not allowed for return or exchange?
Innerwear and packaged items cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene policy.

6. Do you accept return or exchange for items that have been altered?
We do not accept return or exchange for items that have been altered (shortened/ hemmed).
