Q. What if I lost my receipt / invoice

For the online purchase receipt (invoice) and store purchase receipt, we are sorry that we are unable to reprint the purchase receipt once lost.

The 【Order History/ Purchase History】 in the UNIQLO App (or login online account in uniqlo.com/sg) does not serve as a receipt purpose when processing a return or exchange. The history record only records the purchased product information but does not have the details of the purchase required for return & exchange. 

We would like to share that only the original physical receipt will be accepted for return & exchange.
