Q. About Purchase History vs. Order History

Purchase history includes purchases made both online and in-store. 
Order history only includes purchases made online through the UNIQLO APP or website. 


In-store purchases will appear in the UNIQLO APP within 24 hours after the purchase date, provided the APP membership ID barcode was scanned at the cashier/ self-checkout counter. 

Online purchases will appear in the UNIQLO APP within a few days after the shipment date is confirmed. 


If your purchases are still not reflected in the UNIQLO APP, please contact our Customer Care Team via the Contact Us page.
