1. Product(s) in new & original condition can be returned & exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Product(s) can be returned & exchanged within 6 months from the date of purchase if there is any manufacturing defect found, subject to the applicable law.
3. Original receipt and product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels will be required for return, refund & exchange in store.
4. Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can be EXCHANGED at any UNIQLO Singapore physical store.
5. Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can ONLY be returned & REFUNDED in the original store you purchased the product(s).
6. Product(s) purchased outside of Singapore is NOT eligible for return, refund & exchange.
7. Product(s) sold at sale prices due to existing defects are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
8. Innerwear and packaged items cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
9. Any form of UNIQLO coupons, discount codes, promotional codes used on the returned product(s) will NOT be returned or refunded.
10. Product(s) purchased by using shopping mall voucher is allowed for exchange only; strictly no return or refund is allowed. The customer(s) must strictly comply with the terms and conditions printed on the shopping mall voucher.
11. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any return or exchange that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
12. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
