Please set a password that meets the following requirements:
1) At least 8 characters
2) Contains both numbers and alphabet letters

Reminder: Please consider the following points to ensure that your password is safe and secure.

• Avoid using password that can be easily guessed by third party.


How to Reset Password

Please follow the steps below to reset your password.

*Due to personal data and security reasons, our Customer Center is unable to view, edit, or reset your password on your behalf. Customers are required to reset their password via the official process.

Password Reset Procedure
1) Access the password reset link (here).
2) Enter your registered email address and click [SUBMIT].
3) You will receive a password reset link via email. 
4) Open the link and change your password. 

*Please check your spam / junk folder if you do not receive the email.
*The password reset link is valid for 30 minutes.

Please ensure that the spelling of registered email address is correct.
