Q. About Order Status
We are using DHL Express (here)/ Cycle & Carriage (here) courier for home delivery and you may track the parcel delivery status in the next working day once receive the tracking number. You can check the Tracking ID example below to identify which courier assigned to delivery your parcel:
1) DHL Express (ID: UNDHLXXXXXXXXXXXX)
2) Cycle & Carriage (ID: UNQCCXXXXXXXXXXXX)
For Click & Collect online order, once your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification, and the order status in 【ORDER HISTORY】 will update to 【Ready for pickup】. For each order status details, please refer to the below:
To check your online order status, you are required to login your online account in our UNIQLO APP/ website.
Click the membership profile icon on the bottom and choose 【ORDER HISTORY】.
Step 1. Click the membership icon on website bottom to access your membership profile.
Step 2. Click 【Order History】 to check your order status & details.
