Q. Home Delivery - How to use DHL tracking website

If your 【Home Delivery】 order has been assigned to DHL express for delivery arrangement, login your online account on the UNIQLO website (here) UNIQLO App. 

Navigate to 【ORDER HISTORY】 and click on the UNIQLO Shipment Reference (as below image) to track the status of parcel delivery.

*The UNIQLO Shipment Reference (Tracking ID) is a clickable link that will display your current online order delivery status on the DHL Express website.

 

It is normal the UNIQLO Shipment Reference (Tracking ID) showing as 【Invalid】 or cannot be found due to pending DHL driver to collect your parcel in our warehouse. Please try again in the next working days after 7pm-9pm.

To change your delivery address with DHL Express, please click (here).

🚨How to convert the UNIQLO Shipment Reference into DHL Waybill Number🚨
1) Visit the DHL Express website (here). Please change to Desktop Website version if you are using mobile browser/ UNIQLO App. 

2) Click 【Track】 on the menu:

3) Click the 【reference】

4) Input your UNIQLO Shipment Reference (Tracking ID). Please select the Date Range between from 【Date received shipping confirmation email】 and 【Today's Date】 of checking.

5) After clicking the 【Track】 button, the web page will display your online order delivery status and you may able to retrieve the Waybill Number as below:
