Q. How to check and collect Click & Collect order if no email/ QR received?
We recommended to check your online order status and estimated delivery date in Order History.
For each order status definition, please refer to below:
• 【Arrival Waiting】 = Packing and pending for delivery.
• 【Ready for pickup】 = Ready for collection in store.
• 【Received Complete】 = Collected successfully in store.

How to Check Order Status
• Log in your online account via the UNIQLO APP/ website.
• Click the Membership icon and select 【Order History】.
• Locate your order to check.
• You may visit the store for self-collection If the status shows as 【Ready for pickup】

How to Collect Order
• Visit the store once receive an email with a QR code.
• Queue at the Click & Collect counter and present your QR code.
【Important Note】
• Please show your UNIQLO APP membership ID if you didn't receive a QR code.
• We cannot change the store location or ship to your address after the order is confirmed.
• We recommend to bring a bag as the order may packed using carton box due to the quantity amount. Paper bag or Reusable Bag (Cotton) are also available for purchase in our store.
• Order not collected within 14 days of arrival will be cancelled for refund automatically without any contact in advance. The refund may take between 7-14 working days to process.
