Q. What if I lost my receipt / invoice
The 【Order History/ Purchase History】 in the UNIQLO APP (or login online account in uniqlo.com/sg) does not serve as a receipt purpose when processing a return or exchange. The history record only records the purchased product information but does not have the details of the purchase required for return & exchange.
We would like to share that only the original physical receipt will be accepted for return & exchange.

1. Can I request for reprint/ softcopy of my past purchases?
We regret to inform you that we are unable to reprint receipts or provide softcopies for past purchases. 
If you require a softcopy for company claims or other purposes, please contact our Customer Care team and submit supporting documents through below 【Email】 button.
Please be informed that our return & exchange policy only accepts the original physical receipt (or invoice for online purchases) and reprinted version will not be accepted. 
2. Can I show a receipt photo or my Purchase History in UNIQLO APP to request return & exchange?
We only accept the original physical receipt (or invoice for online purchases) for return & exchange.

3. I purchased as a gift in UNIQLO. Can my recipient apply for a return or exchange?
You may request a gift receipt at our cashier counter when making a purchase. This gift receipt can be used for in-store exchanges only.
