Q. 【Notice】Warehouse Stock Take - Delivery & Return Delay
We will be having our warehouse stock take from 12 - 13 August 2025. This count will help us to verify inventory and prevent order errors.
Same Day Click & Collect
Same Day collection service will be suspended for online order placed from 11 August (after 12 pm) - 14 August 2025.
All Click & Collect order placed will be shipped out to store from 14 August 2025 onwards (estimate 1-3 working days for delivery lead time).
#Please be informed that our next-day delivery service for Jewel and Velocity store will be temporarily unavailable until further notice.
Please take note that Online Alteration Service / Gift Service may take additional 5-7 working days to be processed.
Home Delivery
Online order for home delivery during this period (12 - 14 August 2025) will require 3-6 working days to be shipped for delivery arrangement.
#Delivery delays beyond the expected delivery dates may occur due to high volume.
#Home Delivery with online alteration request will require additional 1-4 working days for delivery arrangement.
Online Returned Parcel & Refund
For online orders returned to the warehouse from 9 August onwards, refund will be processed after our stock take. Please expect a delay of 4 - 6 working days.
