How to Submit

To make your review more helpful, you may include:
1) Where you wore the item (e.g. in Singapore or while travelling) 
2) How you styled the item (e.g. oversized fit, sizing up/down, layering suggestions) 
3) Suggestions for improvement (e.g. design, fit, or functionality enhancements) 

• You may refer to UNIQLO UPDATE (here) to view product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Each product review can only be submitted once per account and may take up to 48 hours to be reflected.

 
  • Steps to submit a product review

    1) Login to your online account and find the product to start your review:
    a) Search for the item in the search bar by entering item name or item ID, or
    b) Click the scan barcode as below:

    2) Scan a product 【Price Tag】 to quickly find the product.

    3) Scroll down until you can see [WRITE A REVIEW] and click on it.

    4) Rate the product, create your review title, comment and fill out the required information. 
    (Avoid using different nickname when submit)



    5) Read & agree the Terms of Use and click the [PREVIEW] button.

    6) Once all information confirmed, click the [SUBMIT] button.

    7) You will see a confirmation page upon submission.
 

Product Review Guidelines

We collect product reviews to reflect the genuine experiences of customers who have worn our products.

【General Guidelines】
• Reviews will only include non-personally identifiable information.
• Reviews may be published on product pages or used for promotional or marketing purposes by UNIQLO and its group companies.
• Reviews may be edited or translated for clarity, without altering the original meaning.

 
  • When writing a review

    Customers are encouraged to share their experience with the product, including:
    • Material and quality 
    • Fit and sizing 
    • Comfort and wearability 
    • Suitable occasions for use 

    Where possible, please include: 
    • Height of the wearer 
    • Size worn ​​​​​​.

    【Important Note】
    • Reviews should focus only on the product 
    • Please refrain from:  
    1. Mentioning competitors or other brands 
    2. Stating the specific price paid for the item 
    3. Including any personally identifiable information (e.g. full name, contact details) 
  • Content that will not be published 

    Reviews containing the following content will not be approved for posting:
    In order to prevent confusion for other customers, posts mentioning prices and posts referencing products other than the product to be reviewed may not be excerpted or posted.
    Comments that are not related to the product (dissatisfaction with store services and delivery / shipping, etc.).
    Comments on unsold products.
    Questions on inventory and size request not related to the product to be reviewed.
    Information that can identify brands of other companies, individuals, and groups.
    Comments for commercial purposes, URLs.
    Information that brings or suggests disrepute to our company or a third party.
    Information that includes political content.
    Antisocial content.
    Information on disasters, riots, terrorism, epidemics, illnesses.
    Multiple comments for the same product by the same person (including cases where we judge that they are the same person).
    Other information that we deem inappropriate.

UNIQLO is unable to respond directly to individual product reviews. For enquiries not related to the product (e.g. order status or service issues), please contact Customer Service via the CHAT SUPPORT button or email (here).

Frequently Asked Questions
 

1. Can I review more than 1 time for the same product?

Unfortunately, 1 customer only can submit 1 review for each product. If you like to re-submit the product review, we welcome you to contact our customer service via 【CHAT SUPPORT】 button (bottom) or email (here) to share your product feedback instead. 

2. What if I don't want people to identify me as the reviewer?

We only display the writer's nickname for each product review in our webpage. Under Nickname field, you can create your own nickname to identify your comment instead of sharing your true name. If the Nickname field left blank, nothing will be displayed.

Please avoid using multiple different nickname as you may failed to submit the product review.

3. Why I cannot submit my review and receive error page?

Please avoid using multiple different nickname when submit the product review.

You will receive an error page during your submission if
• Try to submit more than once for the same product.
• Use emoji in the comment
• Old products that had been discontinued/ removed from website.
