You may notice that your UNIQLO account displays multiple Membership IDs. This is normal and does not affect your membership benefits.
Types of Membership IDs
Main Membership ID: Created when you register a UNIQLO account on our website.
APP Membership ID: Created each time the UNIQLO APP is installed on a device(s).
Example:
1 Main Membership ID
1 APP Membership ID on your mobile phone
1 APP Membership ID on your tablet
Although the membership numbers are different, they can all be linked to the same UNIQLO account (main membership ID).
【Important Note】
As long as you are logged in to the UNIQLO APP using your registered email address and password, your coupons, purchase history, notifications and membership benefits will be synchronised with all your devices.
1. Where can I find the UNIQLO APP membership ID/ barcode?
The UNIQLO APP membership ID can be found by clicking the membership profile icon (bottom right) in your UNIQLO APP.
Your membership ID will be shown under the barcode.
2. Will I get back the same UNIQLO APP membership ID if I changed to a new phone?
The UNIQLO APP membership ID will differ if you changed to a new phone and used a different App store account when download the UNIQLO APP.

3. Can I use my UNIQLO APP membership ID in other countries?
We regret to inform you that the UNIQLO APP cannot be used across different countries as each UNIQLO APP is tailored based on the local needs.
If you downloaded the Singapore UNIQLO APP, please note that it can only be used within Singapore.
