You can create your own design and print it on a T-shirt in-store.

Step 1: Choose your T-shirt
• Select your preferred size using the sample T-shirts available in-store.
Step 2: Create your design
• Use the iPad at the UTme! booth to customise your T-shirt
You can:
• Upload your own image (JPEG or PNG recommended), or
• Choose from a variety of design templates and stickers available on the iPad
You may also explore available designs and collections here.
Step 3: Check design guidelines.
• Your design must follow UNIQLO content guidelines
• If the design does not meet the requirements, printing will not be allowed
• Store staff can assist to check if your image is suitable

Step 4: Make payment and print
• Please notify our store staff to complete the payment before printing.
• It takes an average of 20 minutes to print a UTme! T-shirt, subject to store capacity.
Only white T-shirts are available in both Adults’ and Kids’ sizes. They are 100% cotton and printed by inkjet printing technology.

We cannot accept designs that include:
Copyright or third-party content
• Celebrities, characters, or identifiable individuals
• Brand names, logos, or company content
• NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens)
Inappropriate content
• Offensive or vulgar content
• Content that may cause discomfort or harm
• Political or antisocial content
If unsure, please check with store staff before printing.

1. Can I use my own design for the UTme! printing?
Yes, you may use your own design.
However, your design must follow UNIQLO’s content guidelines. We may not be able to accept designs that include:
Prohibited content (third-party rights):
• Celebrities, famous characters, or public figures
• Images of identifiable individuals without consent
• Brand names, logos, or company-related content
• Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
Inappropriate content:
• Offensive or vulgar language
• Content that may cause discomfort or harm
• Content that could damage the reputation of others
• Political or antisocial content
• Any other content deemed inappropriate
If unsure, please check with store staff before printing.
2. Can I return or exchange the UTme! product?
No. UTme! products are customised items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please confirm your size and design before making payment. Store staff can assist you if needed.
3. How can I submit my own design for printing?
You can submit your design in-store.
• Use the iPad at the UTme! booth, or
• Share your design file with store staff
Store staff will guide you on the submission method.
4. What file format is accepted for UTme! printing?
We recommend using:
• JPEG (.jpg)
• PNG (.png)
These formats provide better print quality.
5. Can I print Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)?
No. Printing of NFTs is strictly prohibited as part of our content guidelines.
6. Can I print my design on the back of the T-shirt?
No. UTme! printing is available on the front of the T-shirt only.
7. What is the recommended washing method?
To maintain print quality:
1. Turn the T-shirt inside out before washing
2. Use cold or low-temperature settings
3. Wash dark colours separately
4. Use mild detergent
5. Dry in shade
8. How long does printing take?
Printing takes approximately 20–30 minutes per T-shirt.
Waiting time may vary depending on the number of orders in queue. You may check with the store for estimated waiting time. .
9. How do I choose my size?
The Adults' T-shirt cutting is based on the Men’s UT design. Please refer to the size guide below for your reference:
