Online Purchases | Return & Exchange Policy
(i) For Online Purchase via 'Online Payment':
Product(s) can be returned ONLY to our warehouse via parcel return. Return & refund to physical stores will NOT be accepted.
(ii) For Online Purchase via 'Pay In Store':
Product(s) can be returned ONLY to the original physical store you made the payment. Return & refund to warehouse via parcel return will NOT be accepted.
2. Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return.
3. Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
4. Innerwear and packaged items cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
5. Product(s) can be exchanged at any UNIQLO Singapore physical store subject to the availability of colours and sizes. Where a colour and/or size is not available at the store you are making the exchange, stock transfer between online store to physical stores will not be arranged.
6. Product(s) purchased outside of Singapore is not eligible for exchange or return.
7. Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or return.
8. Purchases made using mall vouchers or gift cards are not eligible for refunds. If your order includes a novelty given with a minimum spend, it must be returned when requesting a refund, especially if a partial return causes your remaining total to fall below the minimum spend.
9. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.

1. Do I need to pay for the return shipping fees?
Courier charges for your returned parcel will not be covered by UNIQLO Singapore. You are required to bear the shipping cost when returning your 【Online Payment】 purchase to our warehouse.

2. Can I return and refund my online purchase in store?
Please note that our physical store unable to proceed your refund if the order was paid via 【Online Payment】.
Kindly follow the return method (here) depending on the payment method that you opted for your online purchase (Website / App).
3. What product is considered as innerwear?
Mentioned innerwear that cannot be exchanged/ refunded due to hygienic purposes are: socks, bra line-up, underwear/ boxers/ briefs line-up, baby products, and HEATTECH item line-up, except if it is a damaged, defective or faulty item.
4. Can I Return or Exchange accessories?
Selected accessories such as bags, belts, scarf, stole, sunglasses, hats, shoes (except room shoes) and other accessories may be returned or exchanged. Any signs of use, stains, and scratches on the product shall be grounds to refuse the return or exchange of the product.
5. What happens to my coupon if I return my order?
Should your original purchases used a coupon discount, the refund amount may be deducted the coupon discount amount, and the coupon will not be reissued. Please click (here) for more details.
6. Do you accept return or exchange without the original receipt?
As per our Return & Exchange Policy, an original physical receipt/ invoice needs to be presented for all refunds and exchanges.
7. Do you offer price adjustment if there is a discount for the item I purchased recently?
Our prices are change and monitored on a weekly basis with consideration of various aspects. We regret that we are unable to refund the difference or offer price adjustments.
However, if you choose to return the item, you will be refunded as per original price you purchased (with deduct of coupon discount applied, if any).
