Q. About Product Transfer & Reservation in Physical Store

Product transfers in between stores or from online warehouse are not allowed. We are apologise for unable to move the product in between locations and any inconveniences caused.

For any product(s) that is available in online store, please consider our Same Day Click & Collect services for self-collection in our physical stores. Click (here) for more detail.  

Alternatively you may contact our stores (here) for product reservation service. Please note the following conditions for reservations:
1) Availability of colours and sizes;
2) Stock transfer between stores will not be arranged;
3) Reservation only hold until the next day only. If the product not purchased by then, it will be returned to the salesfloor and made available to other customers.
