About Product Transfer & Reservation in Physical Store

Product transfers between stores or from our online warehouse are not allowed.
We apologize for being unable to move products between locations and for any inconvenience this may cause.

If the product is available on our online store, please consider our Same Day Click & Collect services for self-collection at our physical stores. Click (here) for more detail.

Alternatively you may contact our stores (here) for product reservation service. Please note the following conditions for reservations:

1) Availability of colours and sizes is not guaranteed;

2) Stock transfers between stores cannot be arranged;

3) Reservations will be held until the next day only. If the product is not purchased by then, it will be returned to the sales floor and made available to other customers.
