Frequently Asked Questions
ORDER & PICK allows customers to order and pay online for items available at UNIQLO stores and collect them at their preferred store, in as little as two hours.
【Important Note】
• ORDER & PICK service is available at all stores except UNIQLO Changi Airport Terminal 1 (Transit) store.
• Some products may not be eligible for ORDER & PICK.
• Order may be cancelled if the product is out of stock during packing.
Service Limitation
The following services are not applicable for orders placed using ORDER & PICK:
1. Alteration prior to collection (alteration services are only available after collection at the store).
2. Gift wrapping services
3. Products available only as pre-order items
4. Free gift with purchase / novelty items (where applicable)
ORDER & PICK process flow
Step 1. Order through 【Find in store】 at product page via the UNIQLO APP / website.
Step 2. Receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
Step 3. Pick up your order at the selected store.

Steps to Checkout
Step 1: Select Product
Select the colour and size to check if the product is available for ORDER & PICK service.
Step 2. Find the Store
• Select your preferred store using the 【Find in store】 function.
• If the product is out of stock at your preferred store, you may select another store with available stock.
• Order must be collected from the store selected at checkout.
• Store transfer for ORDER & PICK orders us not available
Step 3. Add to Cart
Click 【ORDER & PICK】 button to add the item to your shopping cart.
Step 4. Proceed to checkout
Proceed to checkout as normal in your shopping cart page.
• You may add multiple products from the same store by continue the above steps.
• Combining products from different store in one order is not allowed.
• Pickup will be available from approximately 2 hours after the order is placed.
• Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email for pickup.
• Please visit the selected store for collection only after receiving the email
Collection Process
Present your UNIQLO APP membership ID barcode at the Click & Collect counter to collect your parcel.
【Important Note】
• Orders are typically ready for collection within approximately 2 hours; this may take longer during peak periods
• Orders placed close to store closing hours may be ready on the next day
• Parcel must be collected within 14 days from the date of notification
• Orders not collected within 14 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded
• Refund processing will take approximately 7-14 working days.
