We are unable to modify your online order once it is confirmed. This includes changing to:
• Delivery Address
• Delivery Method
• Delivery Date
• Delivery Method
• Delivery Date
To make changes, please cancel your current online order and you may place a new online order.
⚠️ Important Note:

• Online order with "Pay in Store" cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed. Please consider a return & refund instead.
After 30 mins of Order Confirmation
If more than 30 minutes have passed since your order was confirmed, changing the delivery address may only be possible through the courier service after the parcel has been shipped:
Before Your Order Is Shipped
Your order will go through a processing and packing stage before shipment.
⚠️ Important Note:
• The assigned courier service (DHL Express or SF Express) will only be confirmed after your order has completed the packing stage.
• During processing and packing, a tracking number will not be available.
• Until your order has been shipped, you may not be able to see which courier has been assigned to your order.
After Your Order Is Shipped
Once your order has been shipped, you can check the assigned courier service and tracking number from your order details or shipping confirmation email.

• Changing the delivery method or Click & Collect location is not available.
• Updating the address in your membership account will not affect the delivery arrangement for your current online order.
