1. My returned courier shows that UNIQLO has already received my returned parcel, why has my refund not been processed yet?
You may only receive an automated email notification when our team have received and processed the return. We may get in touch with you for some questions or gather additional information before processing your refund, if necessary.
Your refund will be processed within 7 - 14 working days from the date you receive the email. -
2. I have received the refund confirmation email, why is the refund still not reflected in my account?
Upon receipt of the refund confirmation email, it takes 7 - 14 working days (depending on the original payment method) for the refund to be visible in your account.
