  1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the BABYMONSTER Signed UT Lucky Draw (“Game”) organized by UNIQLO (Singapore) Pte Ltd of 51 Bras Basah Road, Lazada One, #08-07 Singapore 189554 (“UNIQLO”). 
  2. By taking part in the Game, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of UNIQLO. Each participant shall not take part in the Game on behalf of any other person. 
  3. The qualifying period for the Game is from 15 Mar, 12PM to 21 Mar, 11.59PM. 
  4. The Game is based on the most creative answer, and customers to be UNIQLO APP members to participate.
  5. Only valid for customers residing in Singapore and above 18 years of age at the start of the qualifying period are eligible for the Game. All permanent and contract employees of UNIQLO and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) are not eligible to participate in the Game. Participants below 18 years of age must seek consent from their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) before entering the Game, and by entering the Game, such consent is deemed to have been obtained. Participants below 18 years of age shall provide proof of such consent upon request from UNIQLO.
  6. To participate in the Game, each participant must comment in our social post why they would like to win the comments, follow @uniqlosg on Instagram and tag 2 friends. Participants will also need to be a UNIQLO APP member. 7. UNIQLO has the absolute discretion to disqualify any participant from the Game if the participant’s form or eligibility does not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions, or if UNIQLO in its absolute discretion believes that such person has contravened or may contravene any of these Terms and Conditions, or if the person may bring disrepute to UNIQLO.
  8. The prizes available prizes are: (i) 3 Pairs of Sunglasses of their choice from the selection (Sunglasses Deep Square, ​Sunglasses Bold Square​, Sunglasses Narrow​, Sunglasses Boston​, Sunglasses Wellington Folding)
  9. Winners will be selected based on the most creative answer and contacted by 24 March 2026 via Instagram DM via email for prize collection.
  10. The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM on 25 March 2026. Reserve winner(s) will be drawn to replace any winner(s) subsequently disqualified.
  11. The winner of any prize shall be responsible for the use of the prize. UNIQLO shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Game or prize, howsoever arising.
  12. By participating in the Game, each participant agrees and acknowledges that all personal data submitted may be collected, used, processed and disclosed by UNIQLO for the purposes of (i) conducting, processing and administering the Game (including but not limited to communicating with you and/or any third parties sponsoring the prizes and disclosing and publishing the names of the winners), and that UNIQLO's Privacy Policy will apply.   13. Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either wholly or partially. UNIQLO reserves the right to change the prizes to one of a similar monetary value. Where any prize contains a specific date during which the prize should be redeemed, no requests for extensions or replacements will be entertained.
  14. The decision of UNIQLO on all matters relating to or in connection with the Game are final, conclusive and binding. UNIQLO shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Game.
  15. UNIQLO reserves the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice and participants shall be bound by such amendments. UNIQLO also reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, postpone or change the Game where it becomes necessary to do so.  
  16. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Game.
  17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
