We are excited to announce an update to the UNIQLO Singapore APP and Website this June, designed to enhance your online shopping experience.
As part of this scheduled system upgrade, certain services will be temporarily unavailable. We encourage you to stay tuned for further updates.

Scheduled Update Period: 16 - 18 June 2026
Online purchases cannot be checked out during this period as UNIQLO APP and Website will be unavailable.
• Resumption of Website access: 17 June 2026
• Resumption of UNIQLO APP access: 18 June 2026
Customers who placed orders before 16 June 2026 can still check their order status via email and continue to process exchanges or returns.
Coupons will be unavailable for use at both online and in-store during the site downtime on 16 & 17 June.
With this new update, we are excited to introduce new services. More details on the improvements and enhanced navigation experience will be shared soon.
Below are the key changes you can expect once the updated UNIQLO APP and Website go live:

Password Reset (Required After Launch)
Customers will be required to reset their password following the scheduled launch on 17 June 2026 for the website or 18 June 2026 for the UNIQLO APP.

Coupons
Coupons will remain saved and can be used once the scheduled update is completed.

Wishlist & Shopping Cart
After the scheduled update, items saved in your Wishlist & Shopping Cart before 16 June 2026 will be cleared.
Customers will be able to create a new Wishlist with improved features after the scheduled update, including:
• Adding products by size
• Saving preferred colors and styles -
Order History & Purchase History
After the scheduled update:
• 【Order History】 will be merged with【Purchase History】
• Members will be able to view both online and in-store purchases details under【Purchase History】

• Records of online purchases made before 16 June 2026 will not be migrated. Please retain your original receipt if you wish to exchange or request a refund. -

Please be informed that the return and refund process for online purchases made on or after 17 June 2026 has been improved for a better experience.

Service Unavailable Period: 11 June - 23 June 2026
Click & Collect service will be unavailable during this period.

1. Can I still pick up my Click & Collect order during service unavailable period?
Yes, you can pick up orders that were placed before 11 June at your selected store.
2. I want to use my Birthday or Welcome Coupon for a Click & Collect order as it will expire soon. Is this possible?
During the temporary closure, coupons will not be available for use, both online and in-store. We apologize for the inconvenience. Coupons will be migrated and made available again once the UNIQLO APP and Website go live.
3. I would like to place an online order with free shipping. How can I get it?
You can enjoy free shipping when you choose the Home Delivery option and spending a minimum of $69 in a single order.

Alteration for Online Purchase
Service Unavailable Period: 11 - 17 June 2026
Products purchased online will still be eligible for alteration services at all UNIQLO physical stores, except UNIQLO Velocity and Changi Airport Terminal 1 Transit. Click (here) for more details. -
Bulk Purchase
Please be informed that the Bulk Purchase service will be temporarily unavailable until further notice. All existing Bulk Purchase orders will continue to be processed, and delivery arrangements will proceed as usual.
Any new bulk purchase orders or deliveries that have not yet been scheduled will be placed on hold until further notice.
1. After I enter my login details, it says "This does not match our records" even though I already have an account.
As part of our system update, you are required to reset the password. Please click on "Forgot Password" to reset the password. Click (here) for further details.
2. I still have coupons in my APP, and they are about to expire. Can I use the coupons in-store?
During the temporary closure, coupons will not be available for use both online and in-store. We apologize for the inconvenience. Coupons will be migrated and made available once our APP and Website go live.
3. Can I return or exchange items during the APP and Website service unavailability period?
Yes, you can proceed with returns or exchanges as usual during the service unavailability period.
4. Can I still pick up Click & Collect orders during the service unavailability period?
Yes, you can pick up your order at your selected store, provided the order was placed before 11 June.
