Payment Methods
The Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store accepts cashless payment only. Cash payments are not accepted.
Accepted payment methods may include major credit/debit cards and UNIQLO gift card. -
Purchase Receipt Information
Receipts issued at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store may display as "UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD." ,instead of the store location name.
This is normal and does not affect the validity of your purchase, returns, exchanges or tax refund eligibility. -
MBS Reward
Purchases made at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store are not eligible for MBS Rewards or Marina Bay Sands mall points accumulation.
The Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store does not participate in the MBS Rewards programme. -
Customer Survey
Customers may be invited to participate in an on-site survey during the event period. Participation is voluntary.

Exchange
Items purchased at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store can be exchanged at any UNIQLO Singapore store, subject to the applicable exchange policy. -
Refund
During the operating period of the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store, only items purchased at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store that meet our return policy can be returned to the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store.
After the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store closes on 13 August 2026, eligible items purchased at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store can be returned to UNIQLO Suntec City within 30 days, including the date of purchase, subject to our return policy.

The Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store will operate from 17 July 2026 to 13 August 2026, from 10:30am to 10:30pm daily.
2. Does the pop-up store carry the full UNIQLO product range and what payment methods are accepted?
The Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store carries a selected range of products only.
The store accepts cashless payment only. Cash payments are not accepted.
3. Can I return or exchange items purchased at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store?
Yes. Items purchased at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store can be exchanged at any UNIQLO Singapore store, subject to our exchange policy.
• During the operating period of the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store, only items purchased at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store that meet our return policy can be returned to the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store.
• After the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store closes on 13 August 2026, eligible items purchased at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store can be returned to UNIQLO Suntec City within 30 days, including the date of purchase, subject to our return policy.

4. Is Tax Refund available?
Yes. Tax Refund service is available for eligible purchases made at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store.

5. Can I earn mall rewards points with my purchase?
Purchases made at the Marina Bay Sands Pop-Up Store are not eligible for MBS Rewards or MBS mall points.
