When to Use
1) When you can’t find the product you want in store.
2) When the product you want isn’t available in your size in store.
3) When you want a product in a size only available online (XS, XXL or 3XL).
4) When you want a product that’s only available in selected stores.
5) When you want a product from one of our special collaborations. -
How it Works
Step 1 Speak to a Store Member
If you can’t find what you want in store, a member of our store team can help you look for it. Just approach the nearest store team member.
Step 2 Search for The Product
Our store team member can quickly search for the product you want using an in-store device.
Step 3 Payment
When you find what you’re looking for online, you can:
a) Check out with your own device
- Download UNIQLO App and create an online account.
- Add the item to cart and check out via the【Pay In Store】or【Credit/ Debit Card】payment option.
b) Check out with the store's device*
- If you're unable to create an online account on your personal device, you may ask a store team member to help you check out with the store's device instead.
*This service only available in below stores and valid for【Click & Collect】within the same store, and【Pay in Store】(Visa/ Master) orders only:

Step 4 Get Your Product
You can pick up your parcel from store via:
a) Click & Collect (fastest delivery with no min. spend and no shipping fee)
b) Standard (Home) Delivery (no shipping fee for purchases $60 and above) -
Return & Exchange
To Return
If you checked out via【Online Payment - Credit/ Debit Card】:
You can send the item back to our warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I request to collect the item I can't find in this store, at another store?
Yes, if the item is available online and you check out with your personal device, you can choose another store location when you check out via Click & Collect.

2. I can't collect the item in store immediately after ordering it online, can you reserve it for me to collect later?
All Click & Collect orders will be kept for 14 days after they arrive in the store.
