How We Pack & Deliver
We pack your product into the gift box/ gift bag with an additional carton box as outer layer.

1. Can I request to add on the gift box/ message after placing online order?
We are unable to modify the online order upon checkout completed and order confirmed. You may consider cancelling the online order and place a new online order with your preferences.

2. What is the difference in between (Wrapping Service) and selecting gift box/bag without (Wrapping Service)?
You may choose below services according to your preferences:
(With Wrapping Service)
Product will be packed into the gift box/ bag.
Price tag will be cut-off the selling price or pasted with white label.
Selling price will be hidden in the invoice.
(Without Wrapping Service)
Gift box/ bag will be packed separately. (Required to assemble yourself)
Price tag and invoice will be included.
Selling price will be hidden in the invoice.
3. How to choose the correct size for gift box/ bag with wrapping service?
Our team will determine the gift bag size for you based on the number of items in your order and wrap it for you.
If your ordered item/s is too large to be packed into our largest gift bag size, we will send a gift bag which will be packed separately within the same parcel.
4. How many characters I can type or writing limitation for message card?
Total 9 lines with 34 characters each. Only English Alphabet is supported and no emoji or pictograms.
5. What is the delivery lead time if I requested gift service for my online purchase?
No additional working days required for home delivery online order. You will receive your parcel in 1-4 working days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Same Day Click & Collect service is NOT APPLICABLE to orders with online gift service. Our team will require 1-4 working days to prepare in warehouse and deliver to store for your self-collection.
6. Will I get refunded if I cancel or return my online order with gift service?
If you are able to cancel the online order within 30 mins upon order confirmation, we will proceed as full refund (including the gift service charge).
Should you have received the online order and requested for return & refund, the gift service charge will not be refunded.
