Q. About Order Status
To check your online order status, you are required to login your online account in our UNIQLO website/ UNIQLO App.

1. Click the membership icon on website bottom to access your membership profile.
2. Click 【Order History】 to check your order status & details.

UNIQLO App
Click the membership profile icon on the bottom and choose 【ORDER HISTORY】.
We are using NinjaVan (here)/ DHL (here)/ Cycle & Carriage (here) courier for home delivery and you may track the parcel delivery status in the next working day once receive the tracking number. You can check the Tracking ID example below to identify which courier assigned to delivery your parcel:
1) NinjaVan (ID: UNIQLXXXXXXXXXXXX)
2) DHL (ID: UNDHLXXXXXXXXXXXX)
2) Cycle & Carriage (ID: UNQCCXXXXXXXXXXXX)
Click & Collect online order will be dispatched from several places and deliver to our store. Once the parcel is ready for collection, you will receive the email for pickup and the order status in 【ORDER HISTORY】 will update as 【Ready for pickup】.
