How it Works
Remark:
1) No exchange and refund allowed.
2) The size of the monochromatic icons and coloured icons is fixed.
3) The colours of the coloured icons is fixed.
4) The colours of the text/ monochromatic icons can be completed in any of the 21 available colours thread.
5) Embroidery service for self-created designs is unavailable.
6) Full range of embroidery icons can be checked with our UNIQLO Orchard Central Global Flagship store. -
Service Charges
$10 for each embroidery service per icon/ text phrase.
$20 for each Batik series customisation per design. -

1. Can I use my own design for the embroidery service?
We only provide selected design monochromatic/ coloured icons for the embroidery service. Original designs are unavailable at the moment.
2. How long I need to wait for the embroidery?
The process will take around 30-60 minutes per item, subject to store capacity. This will be additional time required if chosen embroider as a garment repair solution. Please contact our store in advance for further advice before your visit.
3. What colours are available for the text/ monochromatic icons?
You can choose colours available below for your text/ monochromatic icons embroidery service:
Remark: The design for coloured icons is fixed to its original colour and cannot be changed.
4. What is the text font size and maximum number of characters that I can request per embroidery service?
