How it Works
STEP 1.
Head over to the RE.UNIQLO Studio Service Counter at Level 2 (Orchard Central Global Flagship store) and bring your own UNIQLO item, or purchase a new favourite item.
STEP 2.
Speak to our RE.UNIQLO Studio team to select your preferred customisation option, placement and batik fabric.
STEP 3.
Make the payment and collect your one-of-a-kind customised UNIQLO item in 5 business days. -
REMAKE Batik Customisation Options & Service Charges
Remarks:
1) The size of Batik fabric used for each customisation option is fixed.
2) Each product can have multiple customisation options done.
3) Every additional customisation option is chargeable at $20 each.
4) No exchange and/or refund allowed once customised. -

1. How long does it take for my customisation order to be ready?
It will take 5 business day for the customisation to be completed and ready for collection.
2. Can I collect my customisation order from another store or have it delivered to my house?
We regret that Home Delivery arrangement is unavailable for this service at the moment.
Customisation orders have to be collected at the same store from which you requested the service at.
3. Can I choose more than one batik fabric pattern for one customisation?
Yes, you can choose a maximum of two batik fabrics for one customisation.
4. Does my customisation have to follow one of the customisation options (as above)?
You may check with our RE.UNIQLO Studio team in store for the design tweaks, reviewed on a case by case basis. Here are some examples of different customisation designs:
