How can we help?

1) Bulk purchase is a special pricing we provide to customers who purchase regular price items amounting to $1,000 or more and with a minimum quantity of 5 pieces per item code (“Bulk Purchase”).  

2) Bulk Purchase is not applicable to:  
a. items on limited offer or sale;
b. eco-bags (gift bags and reusable bags); and  
c. gift cards. 

3) Subject to availability of stock and compliance with all terms and conditions here, Bulk Purchase customers will receive a ten percent (10%) off from the regular price of all items in a Bulk Purchase. 

4) Bulk Purchase is available both online and in selected UNIQLO stores. Bulk Purchase of UTMe! needs to be placed directly with the store offering UTMe! services.  

5) Bulk Purchase is always subject to availability of stock and confirmation by UNIQLO, and is available for delivery in Singapore only. If the delivery address is deemed to be an international forwarding service provider, the order will be cancelled. 

6) For Bulk Purchase ordered online, the sales contract between UNIQLO and the Bulk Purchase customer comes into effect from when UNIQLO sends its invoice to the customer. Payment is to be made by bank transfer only and within the date stated on the invoice. If payment is not made by the date stated on the invoice, the product sales contract may be cancelled by UNIQLO. 

7) Bulk Purchase items cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless shown to be defective. Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of collection/delivery provided original invoice is presented and the items are in original, unworn condition with product tags and labels intact. UNIQLO’s inspection and assessment on whether the items are defective shall be final.  

8) Customer acknowledges and warrants that:  
a. Products purchased shall not be used for the purposes of resale and/or profit.  
b. UNIQLO and the UNIQLO Logo are trademarks of Fast Retailing Co Ltd (“Trademarks”). All material on the UNIQLO website and/or any other medium, including the text, information, graphics, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products and services (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to Fast Retailing Co Ltd. Customer must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish or store Content or Trademarks for any purpose, other than with the prior written consent of Fast Retailing Co Ltd, or as permitted by law. All rights of Fast Retailing Co Ltd are reserved. 

Customer shall indemnify UNIQLO for any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities and related expenses arising out of or in relation to customer’s breach of these warranties.
