Online E-Invoice and In-Store Purchase E-Receipt

E‑receipts for in‑store purchases and online invoices for online orders are now available for UNIQLO Singapore members.

UNIQLO Singapore members can use e-receipts for in-store purchases and online invoices for online orders via the UNIQLO app and website as proof of purchase for returns and exchanges.

Important Note
E-receipts are not available for purchases made at our Changi Airport Terminal 1 (Transit) store.
• The e-receipt option may not be available during campaign periods.

About E-Invoice for Online Orders

For orders placed after the 17 June 2026, you can locate your online invoice in the Purchase History, please note that your parcel will not include a physical invoice. 
 
To locate your online invoice please see the steps below: 
 
1. Log into your account  
2. Click on Purchase History 
3. Locate your order under [Online Orders]  
4. Click on the [View Invoice] button

For orders placed before the 15th of June 2026, a copy of your tax invoice would be included in your parcel. However, if this has been misplaced or thrown out, you can also retrieve your order details from your online account's Purchase History or the email confirmation we sent when the order was placed. If you need a replacement invoice for tax purposes you can contact our Customer Care team with your order number and request for one to be issued.

About E-Receipts for In-Store Purchases

E‑receipts are available to all customers with a UNIQLO Singapore membership.

  •  For in-store purchases, members may choose to receive an e-receipt only or both e-receipt and paper receipt.
  • Available at the Raffles City store from 17 June 2026, and at all stores from 24 June onwards.

How to Receive E-Receipts

To receive an e-receipt, please present or scan your UNIQLO membership barcode at the self‑checkout counter or cashier. You can find your membership barcode in the UNIQLO App or website.

If you don't yet have a UNIQLO account, we recommend downloading the UNIQLO APP to access your membership ID barcode.

Follow these steps at checkout:

  • At Checkout

    STEP 1 ​
    Before completing your transaction, you'll be prompted to scan your membership barcode or manually enter your Membership ID, which can be found in the UNIQLO APP.​

    STEP 2 ​
    Proceed to add items to your cart, select your payment method, and complete checkout.​

    STEP 3​
    When payment is complete, you'll be asked to select a Receipt Type. Please choose either [Only E-Receipt] or [Print and E-Receipt]. To receive an e-receipt that also appears in your UNIQLO app, select [Print and E-Receipt]​.​

    STEP 4 ​
    A 'Thank You' screen will appear to confirm that your e-receipt has been sent to your email. It will also be available in your UNIQLO app under Purchase History  In-Store Purchases → View Receipt.

Finding your E-receipt
  • Email Delivery E-Receipt

    • Your e-receipt will be sent shortly after purchase to the email linked to your membership.
    • If you don't receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.
    • Please ensure that emails from order@mail.com.sg are not blocked.
  • UNIQLO APP 

    • Log in to your UNIQLO account and go to Purchase History → In-Store Purchases → View Receipt
    • You can view your purchase history for both in-store and online orders under the Purchase History tab.
    • If you scan your membership barcode at checkout, items will appear in your Purchase History the next day.
