UNIQLO online order offer standard delivery service and deliver your parcel to home or appointed address with care.

  • Courier Partner 

    UNIQLO online order delivery is handled by the courier partners below. Please check at the Tracking ID example below to identify which courier is assigned to deliver your parcel:

  • Delivery Charges

    $6 flat rate charged per online order
    Free shipping with minimum spend $60*
  • Delivery Lead Time

    1 - 4 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends)

    * Some products required to be transferred beforehand and the delivery will require extra 1-2 working days on top of above-mentioned delivery lead time. Click here to show the image example for product that required additional delivery:

Once your online order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with our courier tracking number from our system.

1. I have not received my order after your delivery lead time.

It is recommended to wait for additional 1 or 2 days during the peak season.

2. What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

You may cancel the online order within 30 minutes after the order confirmed and place a new online order with correct details.

If your online order proceeded and shipped, please contact the assigned courier service for further assist to change your details.

1) Launch the UNIQLO App.
2) Click membership profile icon (bottom right).
3) Click the 【ORDER HISTORY】.
4) Log in your UNIQLO online account.

4. Do you offer international delivery?

We only ship to Singapore address for the time being and our online store only services within Singapore.
