It is recommend to wait for additional 1 or 2 days during the peak season. You may check the delivery status in NinjaVan (here) as they will indicate the reason of late delivery.

2. What if I entered wrong delivery address?
You may cancel the online order within 30 minutes after the order confirmed and place a new online order with correct details.
If your online order proceeded and shipped, please contact the assigned courier service for further assist to change your details.
