Q. Review & Sampling Programme
To thank customers for writing reviews on UNIQLO.COM that help us to improve LifeWear, we’d like to give them free samples to try out.
1. Who is eligible for the Sampling Programme?
Any APP member who leaves a review from Friday, 18 June 2021, will stand a chance to be enrolled in this Sampling Programme.
2. What product do I have to review to stand a chance to be a part of the Sampling Programme?
You can review any product found on UNIQLO.COM, to stand a chance to be a part of the Sampling Programme. But, if you leave feedback on products with few reviews, they will go the longest way in helping fellow customers make better purchase decisions, and UNIQLO's merchandising team make product improvements.
The product that will be given away under the sampling programme, will not be tied to the product reviews submitted by customers.

3. How do I leave a review?
Go to your purchase history on the website or your APP (here), scroll to the product you would like to give feedback on, and click [WRITE A REVIEW].
4. If I'm chosen for the sampling programme, what kind of products will I get to sample?
The product samples will consist of everyday LifeWear essentials (worth up to $29.90), and will vary based on company-wide inventory levels.
Samples we've given out since the start of the programme are as follows:
Aug 2021: AIRism Cotton Tops (U.P. $14.90) - 500 redemption coupons disseminated.
Nov 2021: MEN Dry Pique Polo Shirt (U.P. $29.90) / WOMEN Ultra Stretch High Rise Leggings Pants (U.P. $29.90) - 600 redemption coupons disseminated.
Feb 2022: MEN DRY-EX T-shirt (U.P. $19.90) / WOMEN DRY-EX Cropped T-shirt (U.P. $19.90) - 1000 redemption coupons disseminated.
Jul 2022: AIRism 3D mask (U.P. $14.90) - 1000 redemption coupons disseminated.

5. How would I be notified if I have been selected for the Sampling Programme?
If you're selected, you will receive a push notification on your APP for a Sampling Coupon, so do ensure your push notifications are enabled. You can find the Sampling Coupon when you click the [NOTIFICATION] icon, on the top right hand side of your APP’s homepage.
6. How do I collect my sample?
You would need to show your Sampling Coupon on your APP to our staff at any UNIQLO store, and you would have to do so within the redemption period stated on the coupon.
Unless there are additional government restrictions imposed on movement, we will not be able to grant extensions for the coupon redemption.

7. Can I return or exchange the free sample for something of commensurate value?
Free samples given out via this programme cannot be returned or exchanged for another product or cash, in part or in full.
8. Can I leave a review for the free sample received via this programme?
Yes, you can leave a review for the free sample via the UNIQLO APP or UNIQLO.COM. In fact, it is highly encouraged!
9. How often will this Sampling Programme run?
The Sampling Programme will be held at least once every four months.
For instance, if the first selection is held on 19 July 2021, participants in the next cycle will be chosen from the pool of reviewers from 20 July to just before the start of the next cycle, around 4 months later (e.g. 15 November 2021).

10. If I have been chosen to be in the Sampling Programme, would I automatically remain in the programme and receive free samples at least once every four months?
No, you would not automatically continue to be enrolled in the programme.
However, as we refresh the participants at least once every four months, you still stand a good chance of being randomly chosen to be part of this programme, if you continue leaving reviews on UNIQLO.COM on a regular basis (e.g. monthly).

11. How many customers will be chosen to be a part of this Sampling Programme?
The number of participants is dependent on the product samples available, and can range from 800 to over 1,000.
