Enjoy Same Day Delivery to our selected stores for our Click & Collect service. Place your order now before 12pm to have your parcel delivered on the same day (with T&C applied).

#Online Alteration and Gift Service are not eligible for Same Day Click & Collect. We required an additional 1-4 working days to be processed.

The checkout page will not indicate if your parcel eligible for the Same Day Delivery. Please wait for the email notification (parcel ready for pickup), confirming that your order has been delivered to your selected store, before heading down to collect.

Order Cut Off & Arrival Time

Order in between 12.01am - 11.59am SGT from Monday to Saturday.

This service is not applicable for order(s) placed on Sundays, Chinese New Year holidays, and after 12pm on weekdays.

Online orders that entitled for the service, the parcel can be collected from 7:30pm onwards. 

How to collect

When your parcel is arrived in UNIQLO store and ready for collection, you will receive an email (QR code) for the pickup.

Present the email and your online order number (or show your order history) at the cashier counter of the designated UNIQLO store.

Parcel Collection Period

You will have 14 days to collect the parcel in the UNIQLO store once arrival.

    1. Will there be instances where UNIQLO may not be able to perform the Click & Collect: Same Day Delivery service?

    Yes, there will be. For instance, this could take place when there’s a surge in demand from new collaborations and sales periods, stock takes and more. 

    Therefore, please ensure that you receive an email notification stating that your order has arrived in your selected store, before heading down to collect your parcel. Please reach out to our customer service team, should you have any questions.    

    2. How long must I wait before heading to the store to pick up the order?

    The Click & Collect: Same Day Delivery service will be ready for collection from 7:30pm onwards.

    Please wait for the email notification (QR code), confirming that your order has been ready in the selected store, before your visit.

    3. Do I have to collect my order within the same day?

    No, this is not necessary. Similar to our regular Click & Collect service for all physical stores, you will have 14 days to pick up your package from the time it arrives at your selected store.

    After 14 days, your parcel will be cancelled and automatically refunded in your original mode of payment

    4. Can my family/ friends to collect my parcel on behalf?

    Yes, your family or friends can collect your Click & Collect parcel on your behalf.

    Please share your pickup notification email (QR code) and order number with your family/ friends. They are required to present the information to our staff in UNIQLO store when collect the parcel.
