Q. How to track my order delivery?

Standard (Home) Delivery
Once your online order is assigned to our courier (NinjaVan/ DHL/ Cycle & Carriage) for delivery arrangement, you will receive an email from our system with the parcel tracking number.
You may check the parcel delivery status on NinjaVan (here)/ DHL (here)/ Cycle & Carriage (here). They will further update the delivery estimation date once arrive in the courier sorting hub.
Please check at the Tracking ID example below to identify which courier is assigned to deliver your parcel:

Click & Collect
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a pickup email notification to collect your parcel in the store.
Alternatively, you may login to your online account and check under 【Order History】 for the order status.
For each order status explanation, please refer to below:
【Arrival Waiting】= Preparing the parcel and pending for delivery.
【Ready for pickup】= Parcel is ready for collection in store.
【Received Complete】= Parcel collected successfully in store.
Frequently Asked Question
1. I have not received my order/ parcel collection QR code after your delivery lead time.
It is recommended to wait for additional 1 or 2 days during the peak season.
For Home Delivery, you may check the delivery status in NinjaVan (here)/ DHL (here)/ Cycle & Carriage (here) as they will indicate the reason of late delivery.
For Click & Collect, please contact our customer care team via【Chat Support】button (bottom page) or email (here) for further assistance.
2. What if I entered wrong delivery address/ change Click & Collect store location?
You may cancel the online order within 30 minutes after the order confirmed and place a new online order with correct details. Alternatively:
Home Delivery: If your online order proceeded and shipped, please contact the assigned courier service for further assist to change your details.

Click & Collect: We are sorry that we are unable to change the store location upon order confirmation. If you are unable to collect your online order in the original store within 14 days upon the parcel arrival, the parcel will expire and refund as per your original payment method.
3. Can my family/ friends to collect my Click & Collect parcel on behalf?
Yes, your family or friends can collect your Click & Collect parcel on your behalf.
Please share your pickup notification email (with QR code) and order number with your family/ friends. They are required to present the information to our staff in UNIQLO store when collect the parcel.
4. Do you offer international delivery?
We only ship to Singapore address for the time being and our online store only services within Singapore.
