Travellers are eligible for a tax refund after shopping in Singapore when you spend over the minimum purchase amount of 100 SGD.

How to shop tax free
In-Store Purchase
Visit any of our stores and approach our cashier with below documentation to register tax refund:
1) Passport*
2) Physical original UNIQLO purchase receipt
Customer must present their original passport, in person, to our cashier.
Online Purchase
1) Place your online order in our website (www.uniqlo.com/sg/en/). Click here to check how to place an online order.
2) Visit any of our stores with your invoice* & passport to register tax refund.
Invoice can found inside the parcel together with your delivery.
Online order's recipient's name must tally with the passport.
Upon tax refund registration successfully, you can obtain the tax refund at Changi or Seletar Airport by proceeding to the eTRS Self-help Kiosk.

1. Can I combine multiple receipts?
You can combine up to 3 receipts in same-day for the tax refund.
Please take note that you can combine the receipt from same or different UNIQLO Singapore outlet but we do not accept combining receipt from other brands.
2. I'm a customer with Student/ Work Visa. Can I request for the tax refund?
