Q. How to exchange for Physical Store & Online Purchase
Please follow the below steps to exchange your online/ physical store purchase:

1) Visit any UNIQLO Singapore physical store.
2) Bring along the original invoice/ purchase receipt and the product(s) in with original product packaging, price tags and labels.
3) Queue at cashier counter to request for a product exchange.

3) You can exchange to same product in different size or color.
4) You can exchange to different product with same or higher price value. In exchange for the higher-value product, you are required to top up the price difference.
