Conditions
From 17 June onwards, UNIQLO Singapore members can use e-receipts for in-store purchases and online invoices for online orders via the UNIQLO app and website as proof of purchase for returns and exchanges.
• For order placed before 17 June 2026, original receipt/invoice must be presented for return or exchange.
• Product must be in new, original condition, with its original packaging, and all price tags and labels securely attached.
【Important Note】
• For orders placed after the 17 June 2026, you can locate your online invoice in the Purchase History, please note that your parcel will not include a physical invoice. Click (here) to learn more.
• E-receipts are not available for purchases made at our Changi Airport Terminal 1 (Transit) store.
• The e-receipt option may not be available during campaign periods.
• Original receipt refers to the physical receipt, e-receipt, or e-invoice.
Additionally, they must not fall under the category of “Products that Cannot be Returned or Exchanged” listed below.
Products that Cannot be Returned or Exchanged
• Products that have been used or washed.• Products that are scratched, damaged, dirtied, or soiled.
• Products that have been hemmed or altered.
• Products without price tag or label attached.
• Products that sold at marked down prices due to existing defects.
• Products with missing accessories or with damaged/soiled accessories.
• Products that have undergone repair services.
• Products purchased outside of Singapore.
• Innerwear, Baby & Packaged Items, including underwear and bras.

• UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any return or exchange that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
• UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
• Purchases made at UNIQLO Changi Airport Terminal 1 Transit are eligible for exchanges only; refunds are not available.

At any UNIQLO store nationwide.
Return
UNIQLO store where the payment was original made*.

Return
Return only can be processed by returning to warehouse by courier or postal service in Singapore (In-person returns to warehouse are not accepted).
