How do I qualify for bulk purchase:
1) Bulk Purchase refers to purchases of regular-priced items amounting to $1,000 or more, with a minimum quantity of 5 pieces per item code.
2) Not applicable to items on Limited Offer and/or Sale.
3) Not applicable to the purchase of eco-bags (gift bags and reusable bags).
4) Not applicable to the purchase of gift cards.
All Bulk Purchase orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation by UNIQLO.
Payment Method:
• Bank transfer (only)
• For online Bulk Purchase orders, the sales contract is formed upon issuance of invoice by UNIQLO
• Payment must be made within the date stated on the invoice, failing which the order may be cancelled
Estimated Timeline:
• From order confirmation to delivery, it will take at least 3 weeks.
• For large quantity orders (e.g. 1000 pieces), it will take at least 3 months.
• Timeline is subject to order quantity and stock availability.
Exchange for Manufacturing Defect Goods:
All goods sold under Bulk Purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In the event that items are found to have manufacturing defects, they may be exchanged within thirty (30) days from the date of collection or delivery, subject to the following conditions:
1) The original invoice is presented; and
2) The items are in original, unworn condition, with all product tags and labels intact.
All assessments on whether the items are defective shall be final and determined by UNIQLO.
Restriction on Bulk Purchase
No Re-sale
Customers must not engage in re-sale or any purchase of products for the purpose of profit-making or commercial use.
