Return Process
Please complete the Return Form via the UNIQLO APP and Website by selecting the product(s) you wish to return and indicating the reason. Then, send the product(s) back to our warehouse together with the Return Slip.
Once our warehouse has received and confirmed your returned product(s), your refund will be processed.
【Important Note】
• For Pay-In-Store orders, please return the items(s) to the original store where payment was made. Only the original store where payment was made is able to process the return.
STEP 1. Check the return policy and submit the Return Form via the UNIQLO APP and website.

1) Go to 【Purchase History】 under the 【Online】 section.
2) Click 【Return】on the order number which contains the product(s) you wish to return.
3) Check the return condition.
4) Click 【Return】 on the order number which contains the product(s) that you wish to return.
5) Choose the product(s) and reason for return, then click 【Check selection details】
6) Repeat steps 3-5 for each item that you wish to return.
7) Click 【Check Form Details】, then click 【Submit Form】
8) You may download and print the Return Slip by clicking 【Print Label】, or alternatively, handwrite the Return Application Number and Certification Number on a white piece of paper and include it in your return parcel.
9) Click 【Confirm Return】
10) Once the request is successfully submitted, you will get a confirmation email.
STEP 2. Pack the product(s) together with the Return Slip and send them to our warehouse
• You may use the original box or any sturdy box/bag to pack the item(s).
• You may use any trackable courier service to return the item(s) to our warehouse.
• Please pack all required product(s) together with the Return Slip (printed or handwritten) and send them to the address below.

STEP 3. Refund Confirmation Email
Once we have received your returned product(s) at the warehouse, you will receive an automated email notification once your return has been processed. If necessary, we may contact you to ask questions or request additional information before processing your refund.
The refund amount will be credited within 7-14 working days from the date you receive the confirmation email.
Please note that working days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays, which may extend the processing timeline.
【Important Note】
• If the Return Form is not submitted via the UNIQLO APP or website, the return will not be accepted.
• Returns without a Return Slip (Return Application Number & Certification Number) will not be accepted.
• Courier charges will not be covered by UNIQLO Singapore.
• There is no email confirmation when the product arrives at our warehouse.
• UNIQLO Singapore will not be liable for loss or damage for your return parcels handled by the third-party couriers.
• In-person returns to the warehouse are not accepted.
• Products that do not meet the return conditions are not eligible for a refund. Refer (here).
You will receive an automated email notification once your return has been processed. If necessary, we may contact you if there are any issues with your refund request.

1. Can I return my online purchases at a physical store?
Only Pay-in-Store orders can be returned at the physical store where the payment was made.
For online purchases completed using online payment method (here), returns to physical stores are not accepted. Only exchange will be accepted in any store. -
2. What happens to my refund if I used a coupon?
If a coupon was used for the purchase, it will not be reissued, and the refund amount will be prorated.

3. Can I exchange an online exclusive product at the store?
All exchanges are subject to product availability in stores. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer products between stores or from the warehouse.
You may consider returning the item to our warehouse for a refund and placing a new online order. -
4. How can I reprint the Return Slip or check the Return Application Number / Certification Number?
You may view your past return records for online orders under 【Purchase History】 and reprint the Return Slip by following these steps:
1. Go to 【Purchase History】 and locate your return order.
2. Select 【Details】 under return.
3. Click 【See the return instruction】 to preview and print your return slip.
