1. Can I return or exchange a product if the tag has been removed?
If any of the following are missing or damaged—tags, packaging, novelty items, gift boxes, buttons, or other accessories—we cannot accept return or exchange.
If the tag is presented but not attached with the product, we regret that we will be unable accept the return or exchange. -
2. Do you accept return or exchange for product that have been altered?
We do not accept return or exchange for product that had been altered (shorten/ hemmed).
We do not charge any additional fees when handling your return.
However, you are required to bear the shipping cost if returning your online purchase to our warehouse.

1. How should I pack my return for online purchases?
No specific packaging required. Please reuse the original packaging when you received your parcel or any sturdy box or bag you have.

2. Can I exchange online exclusive product at the physical store?
The exchange service is subjected to our UNIQLO physical store availability of colours and sizes.
Where a colour and/or size is not available at the store you are making the exchange, stock transfer between online store to physical stores will not be arranged. Please consider returning the item for refund and place a new online order.

3. Can I return my online purchase at the store?
For online purchases, returns are not accepted in physical stores, except for Pay-in-Store payment for online purchase.
However, you may consider to exchange in our physical store for your online purchase.
